Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
